SD Walk Across provides paid financial education through a monthly subscription-based community. This includes:

Access to educational materials (videos, sessions, notes)
Community discussions and knowledge-sharing
Financial literacy-based learning modules

3. Subscription & Fees

The monthly subscription fee is INR 100.
Subscription provides access to our content for 30 calendar days from the date of activation.
Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please read all details carefully before making payment.

⚠️ No trial periods, partial refunds, or cancellations will be entertained.

4. User Conduct & Restrictions

By using our services, you agree:

Not to share, reproduce, resell, or distribute our educational material to others.
Not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any content or server-related infrastructure.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the platform without refund if any violation is found.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on our platform, including but not limited to videos, documents, designs, graphics, logos, and written material, is the exclusive property of SD Walk Across.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content for personal and non-commercial use only.
Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

SD Walk Across makes no guarantees of success, income, or financial improvement based on the information provided.

SD Walk Across shall not be responsible for any delay, failure, or technical issue during the payment process.
Users are advised to retain payment proof and check confirmation emails after successful enrollment.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if:

You breach any of these Terms,
You engage in any unlawful or unethical activity in the community, or
Misuse of intellectual property or community resources is detected.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

Your continued use of the service after changes signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
