This Refund Policy governs all payments made to SD Walk Across, a subscription-based financial education platform. Please read it carefully before making any payment.
At SD Walk Across, we offer paid access to a financial education community, which is made available after manual verification by our team. This includes:
Checking payment confirmation
Verifying registration details (such as name, phone number, email, and city)
Adding you to our internal community platforms
🔒 Access is not instant. You will receive access to the service within 7–15 working days of a successful and valid payment.
Your subscription is valid for 30 calendar days, counted from the day your access to the educational community officially begins, not from the date of payment.
You will be informed via email or phone once your access is activated.
All payments made to SD Walk Across are non-refundable, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind after payment
Delay in activation within the 7–15 working day window
Personal circumstances or lack of participation
Technical issues on the user's end
Misunderstanding of the service structure
Failure to read details before payment
⚠️ Please read all information clearly before enrolling. Once payment is made, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
Before granting access, we verify the following:
Your payment has been received successfully
Your name, phone number, email, and city match your registration details
You meet the minimum age requirement (18+)
If any false, incomplete, or misleading information is found, we reserve the right to deny service without issuing any refund.
In rare cases where a duplicate payment has occurred due to a technical error, you may:
Report the issue by emailing sdwalkacross@gmail.com within 72 hours
Provide valid proof of duplicate transaction (transaction IDs, dates, screenshots)
If verified, we may initiate a refund for the duplicate payment to the original source within 7–10 business days.
There is no cancellation option once the payment has been processed.
Users may choose not to renew after their current subscription cycle ends, but no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for early exits or non-usage.
